Product Description
Zirconia Ceramic Foam Filter is made of zirconia ceramic . Withstands temperatures up to about 1700 degrees Celsius, with very high strength and excellent high temperature impact. Suitable for all steel alloys (including stainless steel), and cobalt and nickel based alloy casting.

Size: 1.from 40 mm to 70 mm, thickness from 20 mm to 25 mm, bore density from 10PPI-20PPI.
2. from 75 mm to 120 mm, thickness from 22 mm to 25 mm, bore density from 10PPI-20PPI.
3.from 125 mm to 150 mm, thickness from 25 mm to 35 mm, bore density from 10 PPI-20 PPI.
Max filtering capacity: Carbon steel: 1~2.7 kg/cm2 .
Stainless steel: 1~ 4 kg/cm2.
